How to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove the following information:
- Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
- Your study progress and performance data
- Your bookmarks, notes, and saved content
- Your test history and responses
- Any preferences or settings you've configured
Method 1: Self-Service Deletion
You can delete your account directly from your account settings:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Find the "Delete Account" option
- Confirm your decision
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Go to DashboardMethod 2: Facebook Data Deletion
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can delete your data through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
- Click on Settings
- Go to Apps and Websites
- Find "Vaidra" in the list
- Click Remove and select "Delete all your activities"
This will disconnect the app from your Facebook account and trigger deletion of all your data from our platform.
Method 3: Email Request
You can also request data deletion by emailing us:

Please include:
- Your account email address
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Any additional verification information we may request
We will respond to your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

This data cannot be linked back to you personally.

- •Data deletion is permanent and irreversible
- •You will lose access to all your study progress and history
- •Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for partial periods)
- •You may create a new account in the future, but previous data cannot be recovered
