All new users get a 7-day free trial to explore our platform. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. Your credit card will only be charged after the 7-day trial ends.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please email us at support@vaidra.in with:

• Your registered email address
• Order ID or transaction reference number
• Reason for cancellation (optional but helps us improve)

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard:

1. Log in to your Vaidra account
2. Go to Settings → Subscription
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm cancellation

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Subscriptions after 30 days of purchase
• One-time add-ons or credits already consumed
• Promotional or discounted plans (unless otherwise stated)

Recurring Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before renewal.
