Key Points

  1. Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025 was organized at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE) on December 8.
  2. This is the eighth edition of SIH, conducted by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC).
  3. 20 teams with 140 participants competed to provide solutions based on problem statements by AICTE.
  4. Rohith Aradhya, VP and MD of Barracuda Networks, inaugurated the event.
  5. SIH 2025 features 60 nodal centers across the country, with VVCE being one of them.
